sacred & wild
an autumn immersion of movement, ritual, and deep rest
house of bohème, norfolk
friday 16th october ~ monday 19th october 2026
Three days to return home to your body.
To move, to rest, to slip into synchrony with the cycles of nature.
To remember your innate wholeness, to feel deeply present and fully alive.
Sacred & Wild is an intimate autumn yoga retreat. We gather during the final three days of Navaratri - the celebration of the sacred feminine - making this a particularly potent time to turn inwards, invite transformation, and transition into the new season with intention. This is a carefully held space for movement and stillness, play and rest, where you leave feeling reconnected to yourself and to the earth that sustains us.
Held in the beautiful House of Bohème, a peaceful house nestled in the Norfolk countryside, and just two hours from London, our home for the retreat is surrounded by nature and wildlife. Its interiors are inspired by mediterranean style and effortless luxury. We will have everything we need.
what awaits you
Movement & yoga
An opportunity to deepen your practice.
Each morning will begin with quiet meditation and/or journalling, before our more dynamic extended practice, including vinyasa flow asana, woven with mantra, mudra and pranayama, and held together by Tantric philosophy.
Evening practices will be like pouring thick honey - slow flow, embodied rest and sound healing. The combination honours both the fire and the nectar within. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or new to yoga, these sessions will meet you where you are.
Sound healing
A deeply immersive sound journey to drop into your body.
Cacao ceremony (optional)
A ritual with ceremonial cacao, which connects us to our heart energy in a way that is grounding, gentle, and quietly transformative.
Meditation & journalling
Rest into the space of your own awareness.
Guided meditations and reflection to help you integrate what arises when you slow down and observe.
Nature & the North Norfolk coast (optional)
We are in one of England’s most beautiful landscapes. During your free time, you will have the option to explore local walks, or even to visit the North Norfolk coast, including my favourite Norfolk beach, Holkam.
Sauna, cold plunge & hot tub
Soak, sweat, exhale. And maybe jump in the ice bath if that’s your thing!
Free time & genuine rest
Unstructured space to chill and simply be.
Read a book in a cute corner of the house, soak in the bath, wander in the garden or on local walks. Do nothing for a while.
nourishment
We will eat three delicious plant-based meals a day, expertly prepared by Chloe Webb, The Nomadic Chef. Teas, fruits and snacks will be available at all times and food will be abundant, healthy and nourishing.
